Ordering Information
The following information covers our policies regarding shipping, returns and ordering. If you have questions not addressed here, you can reach us via the "send e-mail" button above, or give us a call at 401-738-2289. If no one answers just leave a message. The voice mail does not say our business name; it's an electronic greeting on the voice mail. You'll receive a response within 48 hours during business days. We generally respond during evening hours.
We have over 2,000 products available. While we have a large selection of items to meet your spiritual needs, we have carefully selected and reviewed our items for sale as a part of our "No Crap" Policy. Basically, if we think something won't help you grow spiritually or help you on your life's journey (i.e. it's total crap and a waste of your money), we won't carry it.
We are closed and do not ship on all weekends, national and state holidays.
Wholesale inquiries- we do not sell wholesale.
Vendors, suppliers and artists- we are always on the lookout for new products. Please email us with your product information and/or website. We only purchase from suppliers that are based in and ship out of the United States.
Please note we are an internet-only business. We do not have a physical store and unfortunately cannot arrange for pick-ups. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Methods
All payments must be made in US Dollars.
Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted online. Address verification and security number verification are used on all credit card orders. We do not accept international credit cards.
Paypal: Customers wishing to use Paypal should use our online ordering form and choose Paypal as the payment Option. Paypal payments will be accepted for confirmed addresses only.
Blessed Moon will not process suspicious transactions. We report all fraudulent and suspicious credit card and Paypal transactions to our state and federal authorities.
Shipping Information
Blessed Moon ships to the following locations: the United States, the US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Canada or any other country. Certain items may not be shipped to certain states based on state law.
Most items are shipped via USPS, Fedex or UPS, based on the weight and dimensions. If you can't accept packages from a specific carrier at your address, please let us know.
All items are shipped via a ground service. Our shipping rates are based on the final total price of purchases made and paid for in the same transaction, excluding sales tax. Shipping rates are not negotiable. We do not ship to international forwarding services.

Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours of payment receipt. Standard ground delivery time typically is five to seven business days. Please allow for extra processing time during busy seasons, such as holidays.
Sales Tax
All Rhode Island residents must pay 7 percent sales tax on taxable items.
Backorder Policy
On rare occasions, an item may go out of stock before your order is received. If an item does go on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date. We will send the rest of your order and leave the remaining item(s) on backorder, unless you request the backorder to be canceled.
We will not charge your credit card for an item that is on backorder before it ships. If you pay for your order with a cashier's check, money order or Paypal, we will hold on to your funds and then send the item(s) as soon as stock returns; if you wish to cancel your backordered item(s), the funds you paid will be counted as a store credit. If an item is backordered more than 30 days, we will automatically cancel it from your order. When we get the product back into stock, we'll ask you to reorder.
We will not charge any additional shipping costs for sending the backorders item(s), which will be sent as soon as the product comes back into stock.
In extremely rare circumstances, an item may be discontinued by the manufacturer, publisher or vendor before we have a chance to take it off the website. If so, we will let you know right away and we'll unfortunately have to cancel the item(s) off your order.
Warranty Information
Most items (such as books) do not have warranty issues. In the event that you have an issue with an item purchased within a year of the purchase date, please contact us with as much detail as possible.
Shipping Damage
Despite our careful packaging, sometimes circumstances happen beyond our control that can lead to a package arriving damaged.
In the event an item arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 14 days of package receipt. Please let us know what's damaged and how it's damaged.
- Please retail all packaging, wrapping, packing slips and documentation that came with the item. Please note anything unusual about the package (ex. if it looks like it was tampered with).
- We will determine the resolution on a case-by-case basis (i.e. replacement versus refund).
Return Information
We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. Please follow the following guidelines if you wish to request a return:
- To request a return authorization number, please e-mail returns@blessedmoon.com with your order number, the product name and part number, the quantity and the reason for return.
- We are not responsible for returns sent back without a return authorization number.
- Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of product arrival.
- Returned items should be in new condition, with all attachments, pieces, manuals, etc.
- We do not refund shipping costs unless the product is being returned due to a processing/shipping error on our part.
- All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Opened software, videos, DVDs, cassettes and CDs may not be returned except for an exchange for a defective item.
- If your item(s) were paid for via cashier's check or money order, you will have a store credit for the value of the items minus any applicable restock fee. If you paid via credit card or Paypal, we will either do a a store credit or a refund to your credit card/Paypal account.
- We are not responsible for items that are lost in shipment due to invalid shipping information, or for items where the person or company receiving the shipment authorizes a third party to sign for delivery.
Please note: Pursuant to current United States Postal Service regulations and other state and federal laws, we do not make any promises, guarantees or claims as to the effectiveness of any and all products sold in our auctions, Yahoo storefront, or eBay store for medicinal, health or occult purposes.
